TRANSCREATION
What is Transcreation?
Transcreation is the result of combining Translation with Creative Writing and focuses on the complete adaptation of a message so its intended meaning is not affected by the differences in tone, style or cultural context.
Transcreation is about translating ideas, feelings and concepts. This is not done through the usual translation method of looking for equivalents in terminology in the target language, but by finding trigger points that can evoke in the target audience the same emotions that can be found in the original content and further customizing this based on the place in the world where the message will be transmitted.
Why do some people feel loyalty to a certain brand and not others? Why are some companies successful in new territories while others fail to connect with their audience?
Because consumers respond more naturally to the content that speaks to them directly, not only in the same language but with the emotions and everyday linguistic features they are familiar with.

VOICEOVER
This service has grown exponentially in the last couple of years, fueled by the explosion of audiovisual content across all platforms.
Not so long ago, Voiceover services were mostly confined to the field of Entertainment. They are now increasingly being used for many industries and applications, and we are witnessing a sustained growth that does not show any signs of slowing down.
User manuals are now YouTube tutorials, books are being listened to instead of read, education has rapidly incorporated videos and audio clips into its academic and training materials, and companies worldwide are generating more audiovisual content than ever.

CONTENT CREATION
What is Content Creation? It is the process of generating ideas and material with your audience in mind, converting those ideas into visual or written content, and making this content available to your audience through an ever-increasing number of platforms: social media, webinars, web sites, YouTube videos, podcasts, etc.
In an online world that is constantly trying to win your attention every hour of every day, the creation of new and appealing content is no longer a choice, but the actual standard that each company should look to adopt in order to avoid being left behind.
Everything you read, watch or listen to online can be classified as content, from video tutorials to memes, from e-books to marketing articles, from top 10 lists to lengthy essay pieces on academic websites.
This content needs to be carefully crafted, edited, posted, and published.
MACHINE TRANSLATION & POST-EDITING
Machine translation has been around for over a decade now, but it has only recently reached the necessary quality levels to be a part of the translation process and not a hindrance to it.
Final human-level quality is still several years away, if not decades, but we can now use Neural Machine Translation (NMT) to increase productivity, improve consistency and reduce costs for those projects that require impossibly-fast turnarounds and have different quality requirements.
The fact that we can now train machine translation engines and incorporate client translation memories and glossaries means a higher degree of customization, with a final result that is a vast improvement over the results we were seeing five years ago.
TESTING
Whether you are launching a product in the global or local market, Testing is the final quality control step that must be undertaken before your content reaches your target audience. So, what is Testing? Why is it so important?
Any product, from software to an app, a video game, a website, an e-course, a corporate document, or a marketing video, can be negatively affected by problems that can only be detected once the localized text is converted into its final format.
These problems can take the form of linguistic or formatting issues, technical errors, functional errors, and broken links, among many others. These errors, if not detected in time, will interfere significantly with the user experience, and negatively impact the quality of the final product.
A website with navigation problems, an app that works well in some devices but not in others and an e-course with broken reference links can all be fixed with a simple testing step before delivery.
